Crockett Midtown High School of Science and Medicine

At Crockett Midtown High School of Science and Medicine we are preparing students to become career and college ready. Our programs and curriculum give students the opportunity to focus on becoming a doctor, nurse, or scientist. We offer rigorous academic courses, athletics, clubs, student government and leadership, and numerous experiences to ensure our students are fully prepared to advance toward their post-secondary goals. 

9th Grade

Crockett Midtown is no longer accepting applications for 9th grade. We are at capacity. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to accepting applications for 2025 starting in mid-October. 

Application Requirements

  • Two years of reports or transcripts
  • Recent standardized test scores
  • Two references (at least one from a teacher, principal, or counselor)
  • All deadlines are final, including application and enrollment deadlines.
  • Please review the application carefully before submitting it. You may save the application in progress and return to make as many changes as necessary prior to submitting it.

Davis Aerospace Technical High School

Davis Aerospace Technical High School prepares students to enter the world of Aviation. All students have access to a number of Aviation classes and have the opportunity to join our Flight Training Program. Students will be prepared to test for their remote pilot's certificate and be able to join the fast-growing career sector of Commercial Drone Piloting. Students will also be able to train in one of our state-of-the-art simulators and have the possibility of piloting a real aircraft.


Application Requirements:
 

  • Students must provide previous 2 years of reports or transcripts.
  • Students must provide most rescent standardized test scores.
  • A minimum of 2 references must be included in the application (from a teacher, principal, or counselor).
  • All applicants will be contacted for an interview.
  • All deadlines are final, including application and enrollment deadlines.
  • Please review the application carefully before submitting it. You may save the application in progress and return to make as many changes as necessary prior to submitting it. 
  • Do not submit more than one application to Davis Aerospace for the same student. Clippert, located in the heart of Southwest Detroit, offers a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum for grades 6-8 to prepare students for entry to the city’s elite high schools.  


All students should have a “C” or better average in core academic classes, maintain a 2.5 grade point average as well as excellent-to-satisfactory citizenship.
Application requirements:
 

  • A copy of your student’s most recent report card must be submitted with this application. The report card should be from no earlier than the 2023-2024 school year.

NOTE: Free transportation is provided for students who live near Bennett, Harms & Roberto Clemente elementary schools.
