  • Parents/Guardians are expected to complete the application. 
  • Students are required to answer a question specific to their interest in attending Academy of Americas.
  • The admissions office at AOA High School will request an interview and conduct an assessment of proficiency in Spanish. 
  • All deadlines are final, including application deadlines and, if applicable, enrollment deadlines.
  • Please review the application carefully before submitting it. You may save the application in progress and return to make as many changes as necessary prior to submitting it. 
  • Do not submit more than one application for the same student. You may email application.schools@detroitk12.org or use Submittable to send a message to the Admissions Teams to request the opportunity to edit or update your application. Crockett Midtown High School of Science and Medicine

At Crockett Midtown High School of Science and Medicine we are preparing students to become career and college ready. Our programs and curriculum give students the opportunity to focus on becoming a doctor, nurse, or scientist. Crockett Midtown offers rigorous academic courses, athletics, clubs, student government and leadership, and numerous experiences to ensure our students are fully prepared to advance towards their post-secondary goals.

Application Requirements:

  • Students must provide previous 2 years of reports or transcripts.
  • Students must provide most rescent standardized test scores.
  • A minimum of 3 references must be included in the application (from a teacher, principal, or counselor).
  • All deadlines are final, including application and enrollment deadlines.
